Handyman - Flooded garage - now what?

San Tan Valley handyman

San Tan Valley handyman was at a residence about 6 months ago, he had noticed that the water heater had some minor rust on it which could be evidence of a serious future problem, and also that it didn't have a water pan under it. John had suggested installing a water pan under the water heater to prevent a future problem.

The customer had been taken advantage of in the past and wasn't sure that she could trust us. Then it happened, her neighbor was knocking at her door early the other morning announcing that water was running our her garage.

She called us early that morning to see if we could come and help. We completely drained the old water heater dried the area up and installed a new water pan and water heater. Pictures attached to see what can happen when there isn't a water pan.

The customer had remembered John's words from 6 months ago and regretted not getting that water pan installed. She is confident in knowing that San Tan Valley Handyman has the best interest of their customers and will do their very best to lead them in the right direction and Never take advantage of them/

Since the first of this year we have replaced 6 water heaters. Please check and make sure that you have a water pan under your water heater.

San Tan Valley Handyman

Hi, this is John with Use My Guy Service. We are a handyman company working in San Tan Valley, along with the SE valley.

Do you use caustic chemicals as opposed to natural methods to clean your drains?

Ever wonder what happens to the clog when it dislodges after using those chemicals? Have you ever wondered what it does to the finish of your pipes or sinks?

Most caustic liquid drain openers damage the pipes and the finish on your toilets, and sinks not to mention the fumes that you have to breathe.

The pipes will corrode and leak after a period of time from liquid drain openers. Use My Guy Services unplug drains the old fashioned way. We use plungers, snakes, and long needle nose pliers to keep your drains flowing smooth.

We have pulled out clogs as longs as 7 ft x 4 inches that other companies could not locate. We have pulled out hair clogs as long as two feet from a shower.

Some of the things we have found are: credit cards out of toilets, kid’s toys, necklaces, earrings, toothbrushes, q-tips. Just about anything can get stuck.

Use My Guy Services goes right to the heart of your plumbing issues by disassembling it and unplugging the arteries. We then clean the pipes with warm soapy water instead of using caustic chemicalsse
